This competition is open to amateur photographers in which they are being asked to create photographs to illustrate what they love about the Heart of England. Along with their image they are to submit a maximum of 200 words to describe what the location and subject of the photo means to them.
The Heart of England comprises the following regions, Birmingham & Solihull, Black Country, Coventry & Warwickshire, Herefordshire, Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire, Telford & Shropshire, and Worcestershire.
There are two age groups for the competition, one for entrants under 16 years of age and another for those who are aged 16 or over.
Entry is free and there are 14 prizes. The best shots will win a free day out for a family of four to a top attraction within the Heart of England.
